OUR GRAZING TRAYS AND TABLES INCORPORATE LOCAL + NITRATE FREE CHARCUTERIES, ORGANIC AND IMPORTED RAW CHEESES, FRESH CRUDITÉS WITH DIPS AND SEASONAL FRUITS. INCLUDES OLIVES, PICKLES, CRACKERS, JAMS AND HOUSE MADE FOCACCIA AND FRESH BAKED COOKIES.
Grazing tables include complimentary drop off, set up, bamboo guest plates, cutlery and napkins.

Drop off farm spreads are delivered in parchment lined recyclable foil tins and compostable bamboo trays, for a simple uncover and serve. Dishes will be served on ceramic serving trays and bowls for onsite chef service.

We do not use SEED OILS or GMO products in our kitchen. Our menus reflect what is in season locally.
We source exclusively from farms and purveyors who utilize ORGANIC and REGENERATIVE practices.
We are committed to providing and serving on compostable and recyclable packaging. We are happy to provide palm leaf plates and wooden cutlery when requested.
We do not charge a service fee. Gratuities are always appreciated. Taxes will be included on invoices.
We are happy to accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions.
