As health conscious chefs, our journey with food continues to motivate us to work with organic, high quality products that support local farmers and ranchers. Over our 15+ year careers, weโve had the opportunity to cook throughout the world, living in Thailand, Portugal and Mexico and training in Italy, Croatia, Spain, Denmark. Each place gifting us unique skills and new perspectives of the culinary world.
Carli launched her culinary career after being classically trained at the Art Institute and honing her craft under acclaimed top chef Amar Santana at Charlie Palmer's restaurant. After continuing her training in Southern Italy, she later served as Executive Chef of a regional Italian restaurant, where she created refined, wine-paired tasting experiences rooted in seasonal ingredients and thoughtful hospitality.
Raya's culinary path began in the health and wellness space, specializing in raw, plant-based, and gluten-free cuisine. She made her culinary debut as part of the Seabirds Truck on the Food Networkโs โGreat Food Truck Race,โ which lead to a decade of luxury private cheffing. Her passion eventually evolved into the art of heritage baking and pastry, leading her to become both a sourdough baker and Executive Pastry Chef, with a focus on traditional techniques, organic ingredients, and slow fermentation.
Collectively, our restaurant work has earned recognitions from the Michelin Bib Gourmand as well as LA Times Top 100 Restaurants List. International experiences have included tenures at Michelin Star restaurants in Copenhagen and Lisbon.

We source exclusively from farms and purveyors who employ ORGANIC and/or REGENERATIVE practices.
We are committed to utilizing compostable and recyclable packaging. We are happy to provide palm leaf plates and wooden cutlery when requested.
We are happy to accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions.
