We specialize in creating custom culinary spreads that celebrate the seasons and terroir of southern california. we craft our menus with intention, sourcing sustainably from local regenerative ranches and organic farms.
We utilize only the highest quality, whole food ingredients. Our scratch pantry is rooted in HOUSE-MADE sauces, dressings and ferments. We HAND-MAKE all our pastas and breads in house, utilizing ancient grains, heritage wheats and long sourdough ferments. We FOCUS on regionally inspired flavors that reflect our world travels while celebrating the bounty of California grown produce. We BELIEVE in building personal relationships- with our farmers, our purveyors and most importantly, with our clients. Chefs Carli and Raya will be present at every event and look forward to speaking with you on the phone, through email and in person. We are chefs Carli & Raya, located in the heart of San Diego, California. As health conscious chefs, our journey with food continues to motivate us to work with organic, high quality products that support local farmers and ranchers. Over our 15+ year careers, weโve had the opportunity to travel and cook across the world, living in Thailand, Portugal and Mexico while training in Italy, Croatia, Spain, Denmark, and throughout the United States. Each place gifting us unique skills and new perspectives of the culinary world. With intention and gratitude, we look forward to bringing our global farm to table spread to your next event.
